Sometimes, the Land --> Expand --> Upsell --> Renewal (LEUR) strategy is difficult to communicate and visualize, because different parts of the organization drive different elements of the strategy.
I find this diagram as an easy way to track progress on the LEUR strategy. You can see where you were, where you are now, and where you want to go. The TAM is the entire cube.
