SaaS Success II -- Focus


After Easy, the next word is Focus.

I remember Jason Lemkin at EchoSign and Phil Fernandez at Marketo turning down meaningful potential customers to remain focused.

Focus causes the entire company and strategy to be aligned.  Focus also begins with the use case and target user, as shown in the picture below:
